Greater Lansing Regional Committee for Stormwater Management
The committee established to guide implementation of the entire Phase II Non-Point Source Pollution Prevention (GLRC) Program for the communities within three identified watersheds; the Grand River, the Red Cedar River and the Looking Glass River watersheds.
