Greater Lansing Regional Committee for Stormwater Management
The committee established to guide implementation of the entire Phase II Non-Point Source Pollution Prevention (GLRC) Program for the communities within three identified watersheds; the Grand River, the Red Cedar River and the Looking Glass River watersheds.

Sailing and Power Boat Education Links

Lansing Power Squadron
Dedicated to safe boating through education and practice. Offers excellent boating safety and other boating classes.

Lansing Sailing Club – 6039 Lake Drive on the East Side of Lake Lansing
Offers a Junior Sailing program including week long camps, and adult "learn to sail" programs. Sailing memberships are available. Lake residents are also welcome to join in Wednesday evening Sunfish and Laser racing held between Memorial Day and Labor Day starting at 6:30 pm.

MSU Sailing Center – 5918 Shaw St. Southwest shore of Lake Lansing
Offers "learn to sail" classes for youth and adults, youth camps, scouting and 4-H programs, kayak lessons, canoe rental, sailing memberships, private lessons, customized events and programs. Memberships include use of boats and lifejackets. Open to the Public. Open May through September.
